Ordinary interior removals after a restoration release

Following a restoration event, ordinary demolition should start from the responsible restoration team's findings and release. Keep their required removals distinct from wider renovation choices the owner wants to make at the same time.

Drying, contamination treatment and structural decisions remain with the appropriate professionals. A room looking dry or empty is not a substitute for their findings.

Illustrative connected-room plan

A restoration scope identifies selected finishes in a kitchen. The owner also proposes changing the adjoining dining-room layout. Keep the kitchen's released removal area and the additional reviewed partition work as separate instructions on one coordinated plan.

The receiving builder may need continuous floor preparation across both rooms, but that does not automatically enlarge the demolition depth. Agree what each area will expose and who reviews conditions that differ from the available information.

Clarify the contractor transition

Identify the restoration contact, the person authorised to approve additional work and the rebuilding contractor. Record which areas remain held and why, without circulating unnecessary personal or insurance information. Access to one released room does not release the rest of the property.

Request the ordinary removal package

Bring the relevant findings, marked boundaries and proposed renovation plan. SiteClear can assess supported interior removals after the responsible releases. This is not a remediation, drying-clearance or emergency-service offer, and demolition completion does not determine insurance coverage or the property's readiness for occupation.
