Salon and spa renovation demolition in shared commercial premises

A salon refit can range from replacing fixed cabinetry to moving wet-service stations and changing room divisions. Describe the new station layout first, then distinguish operator equipment from the attached interiors that need demolition assessment.

Mark each mirror, cabinet and connected station by ownership and destination. A fixed-looking item may be retained or supplier-owned, so an instruction to clear all stations is too broad.

Follow the wet areas into adjacent finishes

Moving a basin can expose flooring beneath cabinetry and wall finishes around the old position. The responsible trades decide connections and the new installation. The flooring or finish contractor should identify the receiving condition at the old and new positions before the removal list is finalised.

Illustrative station relocation

A salon keeps reception and most styling stations but moves its washing area behind a new partition. The demolition package includes reviewed cabinetry and selected finishes at the old wet area, plus the agreed partition changes. It does not include plumbing design or guarantee that the old floor will match after repair.

In shared premises, management also needs the proposed route for removed mirrors and cabinetry and the affected service arrangements. Retaining the reception in the finished plan does not establish that customers can use it during work.

Request the fit-out assessment

Provide current and proposed station positions, retained surfaces, supplier contacts and building instructions. SiteClear can assess ordinary interior work. Clinical, laser-equipment, chemical-treatment and medical-spa activities remain outside this description.
