A repeated apartment plan is a starting point, not proof that every suite contains the same cabinets, finishes or alterations. Keep exceptions visible before grouping the work.

Ask whether the service contractor already includes its own openings. A separate demolition package is useful only where the responsibility is clearly assigned, rather than duplicated between contracts.

The specialist identifies the space needed to work; the reinstatement contractor identifies the finish edges and construction it will receive. Those needs may differ. Record the accepted opening and who resolves any unexpected assembly before work expands.
