Record exceptions within each group. Earlier renovations, different bathroom layouts or retained built-ins can change a suite even where its floor plan resembles the one next door.

One suite keeps its kitchen, a second renews only the bathroom, and a third changes selected room divisions. Assessing a representative room can clarify the receiving condition, but it does not make all three packages identical. Keep the different stopping layers and retained fittings visible in the schedule.

Management and the GC establish suite access, common routes and material collection. Other residents may use those same corridors and lifts. Explain which suites can be released, which decisions remain open and which contractors need access next; avoid placing personal tenant information in the enquiry.
