Coordinate occupied spaces
How can tenants identify noise-sensitive periods before a strip-out?
Ask tenants to identify the operations that need particular coordination, then have the project team review them against the proposed activities. A preference for a quiet period is useful planning information, but it is not a guarantee that a building-wide silence window can be provided.

Describe the operation and location
An examination room, recording session or customer meeting may have different sensitivity and flexibility. Management can collect the location and relevant period without distributing confidential schedules broadly. Ask whether the operation can move, pause or use another agreed space. This information supports a realistic discussion rather than a general request to avoid all disturbance.
Compare with the work activities
Removal, handling and loading can affect occupants differently. Ask the demolition team to explain the activities under review without promising a noise level unsupported by assessment. Municipal rules and building conditions still set constraints. Moving a task to another time must be reviewed against those conditions rather than assumed permissible.
Record the agreed coordination
Keep the accepted arrangement, contact and process for changes with the shift plan. If a sensitive period changes, management should relay it promptly and ask for an updated assessment. This guide concerns tenant scheduling input; the noise-rules guide remains the source for current municipal information, and the contractor remains responsible for assessing its proposed work methods.
