What should an owner assemble before asking about mezzanine removal?

Photographs should support the assessment request rather than be used to infer structural capacity. Do not treat an apparently separate platform as independent without review.
Separate technical review from occupancy planning
The responsible professionals determine the structural requirements and applicable permit path. Management identifies how neighbouring operations and access can be affected. Both inputs matter, but permission to close a warehouse aisle does not resolve the structural design question. Keep these responsibilities explicit in the enquiry package.
