Confirm scope and approvals
How can owners get useful answers to demolition review questions?
Ask one specific question per location or decision, with enough context for the responsible reviewer to answer. A photograph labelled unclear wall is less useful than a drawing reference, the intended removal boundary and the exact point that needs confirmation.

Describe the observation without deciding the answer
Record what can be seen, where it is and how it differs from the available information. Avoid naming a hidden material or structural role as fact unless the appropriate assessment supports it. The demolition team can flag a condition; the owner, designer or specialist may need to resolve the decision that follows.
Route the question to the right person
Ownership, access and technical interpretation are different matters. Identify the expected reviewer and any other parties affected by the answer. Include the current drawing revision and the point in the sequence where the answer is needed. This is more useful than sending an open-ended message to everyone and assuming silence means agreement.
Close the question with an instruction
Record the response, its author and any document it changes. If the answer introduces another dependency, keep the item open rather than marking it complete because someone replied. Distribute the accepted instruction to the people carrying out and receiving the work. This question-and-answer trail supports selective removal without replacing professional review or inventing an approval.
