Show counters, partitions, staff rooms and finish areas on the proposed layout. Record retained departments and surfaces that continue beneath or around fixed fixtures. A new department location can affect both the place being vacated and the place receiving it.

The operator arranges products, stock and loose fixtures. Refrigeration and other connected equipment require their appointed specialists. Insulated assemblies should not be assumed ordinary partitions. SiteClear's ordinary interior scope does not include refrigerant recovery, cold-store engineering or food-safety approval.

A planned layout replaces a former service counter with open shelving. The equipment provider handles connected equipment, while the demolition assessment identifies agreed counter joinery, partitions and finish layers. The exposed equipment footprint may require further investigation or repair before a new floor can be laid.

Compare this with a floor-only sales-area renewal: the retained departments become boundaries, not additional removal instructions. The flooring installer defines the expected substrate condition in both cases.

Management and the GC determine closures, routes and the sequence between providers. Demolition completion is separate from commissioning equipment or reopening a department. Request an assessment with the marked department plan, equipment destinations and the receiving contractors' requirements; use retail strip-outs for the ordinary building package.
