Coordinate building access
What if a tenant delivery overlaps the demolition loading window?
Have the building contact resolve the competing bookings before either team relies on exclusive access. The question is not simply who arrived first. Each movement may depend on a lift, receiving staff or a route that cannot support the proposed overlap.

Identify what each booking actually reserves
Compare the bay, lift, corridor and receiving area, along with any operator requirement. A tenant may have booked unloading while the demolition team has booked material movement in the opposite direction. Ask management to identify the shared resource and the person who can vary its use. Do not negotiate access informally with another driver at the entrance.
Review the consequences of moving a window
A revised loading time can affect tenant staffing, waste collection and the work-area sequence. The project lead should check these dependencies before accepting an alternative slot. Avoid treating a later bay booking as proof that the demolition team can simply work later; noise and building conditions remain separate constraints.
Circulate the resolved sequence
Record the order of movements, release contact and any condition that must be met before the next team enters. Send the same instruction to security and affected occupants. If no workable arrangement is confirmed, identify the affected activity as held. This is a conflict-resolution task after booking, distinct from the initial dock dispatch plan and elevator reservation package.
