Plan debris and handover
What needs reconfirming before demolition restarts after a pause?
Reconfirm the reason for the pause and the conditions needed to restart the affected work. A previous booking or accepted scope may still be relevant, but conditions can change while the area is idle. The project lead should issue a current restart instruction rather than rely on the fact that the team has worked there before.

Close the original hold
Identify the missing information, approval or trade dependency that stopped the work and record how it was resolved. A new requested start date does not close a technical question. Keep the responsible review and any revised drawing with the restart package so the removal team can understand the basis for proceeding.
Check what changed during the pause
Review occupancy, retained items, access, material information and work performed by others. Ask management whether lift, loading and security arrangements need renewal. Do not assume an earlier release applies to newly altered conditions. Any change to the removal boundary should follow the normal review process.
Define the restart area and handover
State which work is released, which remains held and how the next phase will be accepted. Inform affected occupants through management and confirm the current decision contacts. This guide addresses continuity after interruption, not a promise to resume within a fixed period. SiteClear can reassess the removal sequence when the current conditions and outstanding decisions are clear.
